1967 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible 390 V8 C6 Automatic Trans Power Steering PB

Here we have a 1967 Ford Galaxie 500 Convertible for sale. This is a nice drop top cruiser that's ready to enjoy. It sports a lot of originality and we recently had it paint corrected, and ceramic coated giving you a lasting cruiser that's ready to go. We will start off with the exterior of this Galaxie 500. Walking around it we can see that the body is in great shape and that all the lines flow beautifully from front to back. The Candyapple Red paint was done in Base Coat Clear Coat paint that was done around 10-15 years ago. We took the paint down and multistage color corrected it then we ceramic coated to give you a lasting finish that continue to be enjoyed. The Red is accented by the Black Convertible top that is power and working as it should. It also has the side molding that's all in great shape along with the door edge gauge molding. Both the front and the rear bumpers are in very nice condition and still have a beautiful shine with some light aging. Up front the grill and headlight bezels are very nice and the same can be said for the rear bezels and trunk molding. All the glass in this Galaxie is very nice as well and the side windows roll up and down with ease. To finish off the exterior it's sitting on the Aluminum 15” Slots with the Indy 500 Firehawk White Letter Tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this Convertible. On the inside it's done in the classic black color scheme with wood grain accents that flows perfectly with the Candyapple Exterior. We can see that it has both the front and rear bench seats with the front being split. The door panels all look to be original and have the standard crank windows with the front panels having the wood grain accents. This Galaxie has had all new carpet installed and they did a great job with the installation. Looking at the dahs we can see that it has been very well cared for too over the years. The pad all looks great along with all of the dash bezels and gauges that are working as they should. This '67 does come with seat belts that all look to be factory. Inside the trunk is all solid from the jams to the pan. We can see it even still has the factory liner and bumper jack.
Finally, we will get to the driveline of this Ford. Under the hood everything looks to be close to stock and has a nice detail. The inner fenders are solid along with the firewall. The power comes from the 390 engine that's setup with the factory style intake and 2 Barrel Carb. It's detailed out in the Blue Ford Paint and dressed in the factory style valve covers and air cleaner. This Galaxie comes with Power Steering and Power Brakes with Drums on all four corners. The 390 V8 is mated to the C6 Automatic Transmission and the 9” Ford Rear End. Under the front the suspension is all in great condition for its age. On the highway it runs out great as the engine performs excellently and the transmissions shifts out smooth.
